The Process
Each appointment follows a clear structure, adjusted to your face on the day.
At our Hawthorn clinic, we begin by talking through what you notice in the mirror and what you would like to achieve. We look at your face at rest and in expression, and ask about your health and any treatment you have had before.
If treatment is right for you, we explain what it involves, the risks and what to expect, then put together a plan built around your goals. You are welcome to take it home and decide in your own time.
Chantallè carries out your treatment herself, in a calm and unhurried room. She works precisely and checks in with you as she goes, so you always know what is happening.
We talk you through your aftercare before you leave, including what is normal over the next few days.
We see you again about [X weeks] later to review how your results have settled. A conservative approach means we would rather review and refine than do too much at once.
YOUR PRACTITIONER
Chantallè is a Cosmetic Nurse and Practice Manager who has spent more than 15 years in aesthetics. Her approach to lines and wrinkles is calm, precise and conservative by design. She tailors every recommendation to your face, and she is happy to suggest a lighter touch where it suits you.
Her experience also spans skin health and body treatments, and as Practice Manager she sets the standard of clinical safety for the whole team.
Risks to know about: Like any cosmetic procedure, lines and wrinkles treatment carries some risk. Short-term effects can include redness, swelling, bruising and tenderness. Less common risks include infection, allergic reaction and uneven results, and rarely, complications can be serious and need further treatment. We go through the risks that apply to you at your consultation, and there is no pressure to decide on the day.
